Job summary

Eleos ABA is seeking an in-home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in Baltimore, MD. This part-time role offers weekday evenings (Mon, Wed, Fri, Thu 3:45-6:15 PM) with extensive training and BCBA mentorship.

The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates well, and can follow instructions; the role includes data collection and family support in a caring, growth‑oriented team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1 year experience with children under 10 years old; RBT experience preferred.
• If not certified as an RBT, Eleos ABA will provide training to obtain certification.
• Must have transportation to commute and be punctual to appointments.
• Willing to undergo a background check; strong ethics and compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and sit on the ground when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behavior.
• Collaborate with families and train caregivers.
• Maintain confidentiality and attend trainings to further knowledge.
