Job summary

HireCare Services provides in-home ABA therapy in Huntersville, NC, seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to deliver 1:1 sessions under BCBA supervision. The role offers flexible part-time or full-time schedules and the chance to grow professionally within the company.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification — or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team
• Complete clear and timely session notes
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
