Job summary

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in Morehead City, NC, and surrounding areas.

Role offers flexible scheduling, ongoing mentorship from BCBAs, paid training, and opportunities for professional development, with 15–25+ hours per week typical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Active RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA.
• Support skill development in communication, behavior reduction, and independence.
• Collect accurate behavioral data during each therapy session.
• Communicate progress updates to your clinical team.
• Complete timely and detailed session documentation.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Maintain ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism at all times.
