Job summary

Eleos ABA is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver in-home ABA therapy in Baltimore, MD. You will follow BCBA guidance, provide one-on-one care, collect data, and support families with behavior plans.

The role emphasizes dependability, compassionate communication, and the ability to work evenings and maintain accurate records. Training and mentorship are provided by the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience working with children is desirable.
• Ability to follow BCBA guidance and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct care to clients under BCBA direction.
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with caregivers for training and consistency.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
