Job summary

BILT, Inc. seeks Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team in the Wilmington and Lexington, MA areas. Full-time schedules run Tuesday through Saturday, 10am–6pm or 11am–7pm, with Sundays and Mondays off.

Qualifications

• Must have own car and valid driver's license.
• Able to pass CORI and background checks.
• Willingness to lift up to 30 pounds and remain on feet for hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow behavior programming and skill building of ADLs and IADLs.
• In-home direct care for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Community-based skill building and respite care for guardians.
• Maintain professional rapport with families and individuals.
• Transport clients by driving as needed and assist with community activities.
