Job summary

Qualifications

• RBT certification is a plus, but not required.
• Car and valid drivers license required.
• Ability to pass a CORI and other background checks.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and be on feet for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow behavior programming and skill building of ADL and IADL.
• In home direct care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Community-based skill building.
• Provide respite care to guardians.
• Maintain professional rapport with families.
• Transport clients as needed using personal vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Other duties as required.
