Job summary

Applied ABC is expanding its provider network in Massachusetts and seeking a Behavior Technician to support in-home therapy for children with autism. You will implement individualized intervention plans under a BCBA, collect data, and participate in ongoing training, with weekday and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ABA experience in a clinical or home setting.
• BA in a related field or current pursuit of relevant education.
• Ability to work directly in homes with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in ongoing ABA training and stay updated on techniques.
• Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Work under supervision of a BCBA.
• Maintain weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect and document therapy session data accurately.
