Job summary

Qualifications

• Car and valid driver\'s license required.
• Clean driving record required; mileage reimbursement provided.
• Ability to pass a CORI and other background checks.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and be on feet for hours.

Responsibilities

• Follow behavior programming and skill building for ADL/IADL.
• In-home direct care for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Community-based skill building and respite care for guardians.
• Maintain professional relationship with family and client.
• Drive clients to and from appointments as needed.
• Utilize Central Reach for data collection.
