Job summary

Collaborative ABA Services, LLC is expanding and seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team. The Behavior Technician works under BCBA supervision in client homes, schools, clinics, and community settings to implement skill-acquisition programs and behavior plans.

Data collection and occasional assessments support BCBA-led interventions. Positions are part-time with potential full-time opportunities across cases in Meriden, Middletown, and surrounding areas, serving ages 2-18 with

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in ABA, psychology, social work, SLH, child development or related fields preferred.
• RBT certification preferred but not required; company provides RBT training.
• Availability to work daytime and/or after-school hours.
• Must be willing to travel to client homes in Middlesex, Hartford, and/or Tolland Counties.
• Reliable transportation and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 behavioral services to children using ABA as directed by BCBA.
• Document child behaviors and progress using electronic data collection software.
• Participate in trainings to promote professional development and quality ABA services.
• Communicate with supervisory staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and well-being of clients.
• Ongoing BCBA supervision provided.
