Earn up to $27/hour with flexible hours including part-time, full-time, and Saturday gigs. You’ll gain hands-on ABA experience, track progress, and coach caregivers to implement ABA strategies. Applicants should be at least 21, have college units, a valid CA driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable

Qualifications

• 60 college units completed.
• At least 6 months of experience with children under 12 (paid or unpaid).
• At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages).

Responsibilities

• Work in home sessions with children ages 1-12 to deliver ABA lessons.
• Take detailed notes to track progress and celebrate wins.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA techniques in daily routines.
