Job summary

Coyne & Associates in California seeks a Behavior Technician to join our in‑home ABA team. You’ll work 1:1 with children ages 1–12, bringing lesson plans to life in real‑life sessions. No formal experience required, and you’ll be paid during training as you learn hands‑on skills.

You’ll also coach caregivers, track progress with data, and support positive outcomes in a compassionate, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention, OR
• 60 college units (including 12 units in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Education) and 6 months of experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in homes or client sites.
• Track progress and data to inform sessions.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA techniques in daily routines.
