Job summary

Coyne & Associates is hiring Behavior Technicians to work in home settings in California. You will conduct 1:1 ABA sessions with children aged 1–12 and coach families to apply behavioral strategies. Training is paid and you’ll gain hands‑on experience in real-life sessions.

Ideal candidates have flexible hours including Saturdays, and are motivated to grow professionally in a supportive team led by BCBAs. Mileage reimbursement and equipment are provided to support field work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 1:1 with children with developmental delays/autism.
• Track progress and document session details accurately.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA in daily life.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home ABA sessions with children aged 1–12.
• Record progress notes and track session data.
• Coach caregivers to implement ABA strategies at home.
• Travel between client homes as required and use company-issued devices.

60 college units + 1 year supervised experience in EI

60 college units + 6 months experience with children

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Child Development/Special Education/Education + 6 months experience
