Job summary

Coyne & Associates is hiring Behavior Technicians to work in home-based sessions with children ages 1–12 who have developmental delays and autism. No formal experience required; you will be trained on the job and paid your full rate during training.

You’ll document progress, support families, and bring ABA lesson plans to life in real interactions. We offer up to $27/hr, flexible hours including Saturdays, mileage reimbursement, iPad and phone tools, and clear paths for growth into trainer

Qualifications

• 60 college units completed.
• At least 6 months of experience with children under 12 (paid or unpaid).
• At least 6 months of experience with developmental delays (all ages).
• Must be 21+ with a California Driver's License, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with kids ages 1–12 in their homes, bringing lesson plans to life.
• Take notes and track progress to capture meaningful session data.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA concepts in daily moments.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA to optimize sessions.
