Job summary

Coyne & Associates is seeking a Behavior Technician to work in client homes in California, delivering hands-on ABA sessions with children aged 1–12 and developmental delays. You’ll be paid during training and contribute to a top-rated ABA agency known for growth and strong mentorship.

The role emphasizes 1:1 client support, data tracking, and caregiver coaching, with flexible part-time hours and opportunities to advance to Trainer after six months.

Qualifications

• 60 college units and 1 year of supervised experience in early intervention.
• 60 college units (including 12 units in related field) and 6 months of experience with children.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field and 6 months of experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 sessions with children aged 1–12 with developmental delays/autism in home settings.
• Take notes to track progress, celebrate wins, and capture session details.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in daily moments.
