Job summary

Coyne & Associates is hiring a Behavior Technician to work in-home with children aged 1–12, applying ABA techniques in real-life settings. No formal experience required beyond the listed education/experience options. Training is paid at full rate, with chances for growth and flexible scheduling.

You will collaborate with BCBA supervision, maintain progress notes, and help families integrate ABA strategies into daily activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, child development, special education, or related field.
• 6 months of experience working with children OR 4 years in early intervention.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 sessions with children ages 1–12 in their homes.
• Take detailed notes to track progress and celebrate gains.
• Coach caregivers to apply ABA strategies in daily routines.
