Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking an In-Person BCBA for a part-time role to design and implement ABA treatment plans for children with ASD in their homes. You will conduct in-home assessments, tailor interventions, and collaborate with families to ensure care aligns with each child’s needs.

The position requires BACB BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in related field, and 2+ years of experience with ASD.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA Certification and license per BACB requirements.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and home-based therapy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD
• Conduct in-home assessments and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to coordinate care
• Monitor and record client progress and adjust plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and participate in team meetings

Education

Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
