Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in Norfolk, VA seeks a BCBA to provide in-person ABA therapy to children with ASD. You will assess, design, and implement evidence-based treatment plans, collect data, and monitor progress to support skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, communicate effectively with families, and maintain detailed documentation while delivering high-quality, client-centered services in-home and clinic settings.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and evidence-based ABA recommended.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person ABA therapy sessions with individuals with ASD.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using ABA and PBS.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team and families to guide progress.
• Conduct assessments, data collection, and data analysis to inform decisions.
• Participate in regular team meetings and maintain accurate progress records.
