Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a BCBA - In-Person Therapist in Raleigh, NC. The role delivers in-home ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA, following evidence-based treatment plans and protocols.

Requirements include NC LBA certification, a Master's in ABA/psychology or related field, and at least 2 years of experience with ASD. The position emphasizes collaboration with families and a strong commitment to quality care.

Qualifications

• NC LBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home ABA therapy sessions with children on the autism spectrum, utilizing evidence-based treatment plans and protocols
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including behavioral assessments, functional analysis, and skill acquisition strategies
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency across all environments
• Monitor and document client progress, adapting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, including session notes, progress reports, and billing information
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and industry advancements
