Job summary

Alight Behavioral Therapy in High Point, NC is seeking an in-person BCBA to deliver in-home ABA therapy for children with autism. You will assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor progress with families and care teams.

Responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, collaborating with families, maintaining records, and staying current with best practices. North Carolina LBA and BCBA certification are required, along with experience in-home settings.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related field.
BCBA certification is required.
North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification is preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

Deliver in-home ABA therapy services to children with ASD.
Conduct behavioral assessments to identify strengths, needs, and goals.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with family-centered care.
Monitor and record client progress; adjust plans as needed.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals for effective treatment.
