Job summary

Utilize ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our growing Colorado team in a hybrid, in-home service model. The role begins part-time with a clear path to full-time salaried status as caseloads grow. Some remote supervision is allowed; in-home presence expands as our program develops.

This position offers leadership development, opportunities to influence clinical workflows, and a pathway toward roles such as Lead BCBA or Clinical Director as the organization expands.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• 2–3 years BCBA experience
• Experience supervising RBTs and managing client caseloads
• Strong clinical writing and treatment planning skills
• Knowledge of insurance documentation requirements
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation for in-home service delivery

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clinical caseload providing in-home ABA services
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Modify programming based on data and client progress
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs
• Ensure services are delivered with fidelity and aligned with best practices
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in treatment plan reviews and ongoing clinical decision-making
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to RBTs
• Contribute to development of clinical workflows and systems
