Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy is seeking a skilled BCBA to join our in-home services team. The BCBA will oversee our ABA Therapists, assess children with various behavioral and emotional challenges, and create individualized treatment plans aimed at meaningful progress.

Ideal candidates hold a Masters in ABA, BACB certification, and 2–3 years of experience working with families and children across diagnoses, delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavior support.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• Current BACB certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• 2-3 years of experience working with children and families using behavior analytic technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA Therapists and assess children with behavioral and emotional challenges.
• Design, monitor and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision and write performance evaluations for behavior technicians.
