Strive ABA Therapy seeks a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team providing in-home services. The BCBA will oversee ABA Therapists, assess children with various challenges, and create individualized treatment plans with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA, BACB certification, and 2–3 years of experience with children and families. We offer flexible schedules, mileage reimbursement, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA and BACB certification required.
• 2–3 years of experience working with children and families using behavior analytic methods.
• Ability to conduct FBAs and design, monitor, and adjust ABA treatment plans.
• Provide field supervision and write performance evaluations for behavior technicians.
• Develop new programs and adjust existing ones as needed.
• Produce progress reports to meet regulatory and funding requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee ABA therapists delivering in-home services.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to improve client outcomes.
• Provide field supervision and write evaluations for staff.
• Develop new intervention programs and refine current ones.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure compliance with timelines.
• Communicate clearly with families and multidisciplinary teams.
