Job summary

Strive ABA Therapy in Colorado seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead in-home ABA services and supervise therapists. You will assess children, create individualized treatment plans, and ensure progress reports are completed for funding sources.

Required: Masters in ABA, current BACB certification, FBAs experience, 2–3 years with children and families, and strong communication. 1099 contract with flexible schedules and travel up to 25% is offered.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in ABA required
• Current BACB certification required
• Conduct FBAs and run ABA programs
• 2-3 years of experience with children and families
• Provide supervision and write evaluations for behavior technicians
• Develop and adjust programs; produce progress reports and treatment plans
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home ABA services and oversee therapists
• Assess children with behavioral challenges and design individualized plans
• Conduct functional behavior analyses (FBAs) and supervise ABA programs
• Prepare progress reports to meet agency and funding timelines
