Job summary

Ahead ABA in Frederick, MD seeks a BCBA to support clients in and around Frederick with a hybrid schedule and strong team support. The role offers fair pay and flexible hours as we expand our Maryland practice.

You will assess new clients and write plans, supervise RBTs, guide parents and caregivers, and keep notes and data up to date to ensure quality care. Maryland licensure or eligibility is required.
