Job summary

Ahead ABA is seeking a BCBA to assess clients, create treatment plans, supervise RBTs in-home, and coach parents to ensure progress. You will maintain precise notes and data while traveling across Frederick County.

The role offers hybrid work, flexible hours, and a competitive hourly pay rate. A valid Maryland license (or eligibility) and BCBA certification are required.
