Job summary

Ahead ABA is expanding in Frederick County and is seeking a BCBA to lead in-home ABA cases for kids in the Urbana area. This part-time or full-time role offers flexible hours and a hybrid setup with remote admin and parent training time. You will supervise RBTs, write treatment plans, and meet with families to discuss progress.

We offer a supportive team environment with great RBTs and scheduling/paperwork assistance to help you focus on clinical work and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA with Maryland license or ability to obtain one.
• Team-first attitude and collaborative approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication with families and staff.
