Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking BCBAs to provide high-quality ABA services in the Baltimore area. Join a multi-tiered clinical team and focus on meaningful interventions for children with autism, supported by advanced data tools and robust onboarding.

We offer full- or part-time schedules with competitive compensation, a retention bonus of up to $10,000 for new full-time hires, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, holidays, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that improve lives of children with autism.
• Help clients achieve positive behaviors and learn new skills.
• Support families to understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of junior staff.
• Assist during sessions, including physical activities with children as needed.
