Job summary

Independent-Case-Management-Inc is seeking a Line Therapist to work in the client's home in Paragould, AR, providing direct support to children with autism and implementing evidence-based ITPs. The role requires data recording, progress reporting to the Interventionist, and adherence to the family’s schedule.

The position offers flexible evenings/weekends with a commitment of 20–25 hours per week. Prior ABA experience is preferred but not mandatory, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working directly with children or children with autism.
• Must be comfortable working with children.
• Flexible schedule and be willing to work evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children who have autism in the client's home.
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies as outlined by the client’s ITP.
• Record data according to the ITP.
• Report issues/concerns to supervisor and report progress to the Interventionist.
• Follow rotation/schedule and engage in activities such as PRT, DTI, arts and crafts, cooperative play, breaks outside activities, community outings, functional toy play, story time, circle time, socialization, manipulatives, puzzles, meals, free play, and self-help skills.
