Job summary

Independent-Case-Management-Inc in Springdale, AR seeks a Line Therapist to work directly with children who have autism in the client’s home, applying evidence-based intervention strategies per the ITP.

You will record data, report progress and concerns to supervisors and the Interventionist, and follow a rotating schedule that may include evenings and weekends. A High School diploma and two years of direct child experience are required; ABA experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years' experience working directly with children or children with autism.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies per the client's ITP.
• Record data according to the ITP.
• Report issues and progress to the supervisor and Interventionist.
