Job summary

360 Behavioral Health seeks a Behavior Interventionist to deliver ABA-based care to children with ASD in home, center, or community settings. You will work under a BCBA, implement treatment plans, collect progress data, and support families with developmentally appropriate activities.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 30 lbs. Competitive pay with shift incentives and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
• Reliable transportation and background checks (Live Scan).
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care with clients during scheduled sessions under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans across skill levels and settings.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and interventions.
• Collect data on client progress and adapt activities accordingly.
• Communicate with supervisors and ensure timely scheduling and follow-ups.
