Job summary

Independent-Case-Management-Inc in Arkansas is seeking a Line Therapist to work directly with children who have autism in the clients' homes. You will implement evidence-based strategies as outlined in the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) and record data accordingly.

The role requires a flexible schedule, with 20–25 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. Experience with children or autism is required, and ABA experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with children or autism.
• Must be comfortable working with children.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children with autism in the home.
• Implement evidence-based interventions as per the client's ITP.
• Record data according to the ITP.
• Report issues to supervisor and progress to the Interventionist.
• Follow the rotation and/or individualized schedule.
