Home-Based Autism Therapist – Evenings & Weekends (20 hrs)

Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Line Therapist to work directly with children who have autism in the client's home in Searcy, AR. You will implement evidence-based interventions per the Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) and record data accordingly.

Responsibilities include following the rotation, engaging in activities such as PRT, DTI, crafts, and community outings, and reporting progress to the supervisor and Interventionist. 20–25 hours weekly with evenings and/or weekends required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two (2) years' experience working directly with children or children with autism.
• Must be comfortable working with children.
• Flexible schedule and be willing to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is recommended, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with children who have autism in their home.
• Implement evidence-based intervention strategies as outlined by the client's ITP.
• Record data according to the ITP.
• Report issues/concerns relating to family, customer, or team to the supervisor and report progress and/or concerns to the Interventionist.
• Follow rotation/schedule and participate in activities listed in the plan.
