Job summary

Ultipro in Hot Springs Village, AR seeks a BCBA/BCaBA with ABA experience to support children with autism. Responsible for developing individualized plans, supervising therapists, and ensuring fidelity to evidence-based strategies.

The role includes weekly home visits, ABLLS-R updates, and family collaboration to implement the ITP across settings. Evening/weekend availability required; Master’s degree and BCBA/BCaBA certs essential.

Qualifications

• Experience developing individualized treatment plans.
• Must be comfortable working with children.
• Flexible schedule; evenings and/or weekends.
• Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is required.
• BCBA Certification or BCaBA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Update ABLLS-R as needed.
• Develop the treatment plan and update as needed.
• Train the lead and line therapists and guardians in ITP implementation and data collection.
• Oversee the implementation of the ITP with fidelity to evidence-based strategies.
• Communicate with therapists and families; monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Document time worked in the AAP Online Database.
• Visit the home approximately once per week and/or every other week.
• Update ITP and ABLLS-R quarterly.
