Job summary

B.E.S.T. For Autism is seeking individuals to provide one-on-one behavioral treatment to children with autism. Services are in-home, at school, and center-based, covering Stanislaus, Sacramento Sutter, and San Joaquin Counties.

Ideal candidates are organized, independent, and able to follow procedures closely while collecting accurate data to support treatment goals. Training and certification fees are provided by the company.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English (spoken/written).
• Must be willing to become a certified Behavior Technician within 90 days of hire.
• Some experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Training and certification fees provided by company.
• Tuberculosis clearance and immunization records required.
• Driver's License required and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral treatment to children with autism in home, school, or center settings.
• Able to follow procedures precisely and collect accurate data to support treatment goals.
• Communicate and coordinate with supervising BCBA and other staff to ensure consistent care.
• Work independently away from a central office and manage multiple client locations.
