Job summary

Butterfly Effects provides in-home ABA-based services for children with autism. This part-time role offers afterschool hours from 3 to 7 pm on weekdays, with 12–20 hours per week and no weekends.

You will help implement individualized treatment plans, track progress, and support families in teaching communication, social, and self-care skills. Ideal candidates are dedicated to children, ready to learn, and have a valid driver's license with access to a tablet or laptop for data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification if already obtained is preferred.
• Strong passion for working with children and positive interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in ABA methods.
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Must have a Tablet or Laptop to use during sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observe and report client progress and behaviors daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors.
• Apply ABA principles consistently with clients.
• Assist clients to acquire academic or life skills.
• Communicate professionally with parents and team members.
• Complete daily data entry and paperwork.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills.
