Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking passionate Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism with ABA-based plans. The part-time role runs after school, 3pm–7pm, with 12–20 hours weekly. You will work closely with families and the BE team to promote communication, social skills and independence.

Entry-level and experienced candidates are welcome; training and advancement toward RBT or BCBA are available with BE support, guidance, and financial assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is preferred if already obtained.
• Candidate should love working with children and have strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Observe, record, and report on client progress and behavior daily.
• Manage challenging behaviors and apply behavioral principles consistently.
