Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians to work in-home with children on the autism spectrum, weekdays 3-7pm. You will implement ABA plans, track progress, and collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors to support skill development and behavior management.

We offer 12–20 hours per week, part-time flexibility, and opportunities for educational support and career growth toward RBT or BCBA credentials with company assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT Certification preferred or required if obtained.
• Passion for children and positive attitude essential.
• Experience with children is advantageous.
• Transportation: valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Must have a Tablet or Laptop for sessions.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of BCBA.
• Observe and document client progress and behaviors.
• Manage challenging behaviors.
• Help clients acquire academic or life skills.
• Maintain professional communication with families and team.
• Complete daily paperwork and data entry.
• Participate in ongoing training and maintain confidentiality.
