Responsibilities

• Repair appliances in customers’ homes, including washers, dryers, stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, disposers.
• Provide timely, quality repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain high-quality customer service and care.
• Promote and upsell additional products and services.
• Meet performance metrics and productivity goals.
• Communicate benefits of Value Added Services to customers.
• Keep truck stock inventory within guidelines and schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized truck and follow maintenance schedules.
