Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Diagnose and repair major appliances.
• Valid driver’s license and EPA/state licenses.
• CFC certification or willingness to obtain.
• Master-level trade licenses may qualify.
• Bilingual, English/Spanish.
• Good communication skills.
• Self-directed and strong team player.
• Stable work history.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Flexible hours including overtime.
• Ability to handle lifting up to 58 lbs and operate power tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose appliance issues and perform in-home repairs.
• Operate service van on assigned routes.
• Record repair details, complete invoices, and close calls.
• Maintain van inventory and PPE.
• Promote GE Appliances parts and accessories.
• Meet productivity and customer-satisfaction goals.
• Attend trainings and team meetings.
• Follow safety procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with managers and technicians as needed.
