Aufgaben

• Diagnose and repair customer appliances and electronics.
• Contact customer at the start of each work day.
• Run all calls scheduled for the day.
• Accurately diagnose appliances and electronics.
• Order parts and comment in the work order from customer's home.
• Install parts and test operation after installation.
• Call tech line and document calls after failed repairs.
• Finalize billing notes from the customer's home.
• Complete additional tasks within the agreed timeframe.
