Job summary

Tellos is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision. You will provide 1:1 therapy in clients’ homes, collect progress data, and support functional and skill assessments while collaborating with BCBAs and therapists.

Ideal candidates have RBT or Behavior Technician certification, at least 6 months of autism/developmental disability experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to BACB ethics.
