Job summary

Tellos, Inc. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision. You will provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy, collect progress data, and support assessments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBAs and other therapists, adherence to BACB ethics, and ongoing professional development. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to helping improve the lives of clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the BACB.
