Job summary

HireCare Services in Lincolnton, NC is seeking compassionate RBTs to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Roles offer flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, and meaningful impact for children and families across Lincolnton and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Assist children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect accurate data during each session
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team
• Complete clear and timely session notes
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
