Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA in Lincolnton, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, in home settings across the state, and help clients make meaningful progress.

We offer flexible hours (full- and part-time), competitive pay ($21–$25/hr), strong team support, ongoing training, and a culture that values collaboration, growth, and client outcomes. CPR/First Aid and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Willingness to obtain Adult/Child CPR-First Aid within 30 days
• Ability to support basic client needs
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one ABA therapy under BCBA protocols
• Collect data during sessions and document progress notes
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to support learning
• Create engaging therapeutic environments to promote growth and skill acquisition
