Job summary

HireCare Services in Lincolnton, NC is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This part-time role offers flexibility, growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact with children and families.

You will deliver individualized ABA plans, help develop communication and daily living skills, collect data, share progress with the BCBA team, maintain notes, and build trusting relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is preferred or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with the BCBA team; complete session notes.
