Alight Behavioral Therapy in Lincolnton, North Carolina, invites a motivated RBT to join our team for in-home ABA therapy. You will work with BCBA colleagues to implement individualized plans, collect data, and support children on the autism spectrum.

This part-time position emphasizes collaboration, ongoing training, and delivering high-quality services to families in their homes, helping children reach their goals.

Formación

• Must be a currently certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience in ABA therapy and data collection preferred.
• Ability to work 1:1 with children and collaborate with a BCBA team.

Responsabilidades

• Implement ABA interventions in 1:1 home settings with clients.
• Collect and record client data and progress.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive treatment.
