Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and young adults in in-home/community settings around Auburn, Indiana. You'll implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision and help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role offers paid training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for professional development, with pay ranging from $22 to $27 per hour and options for full-time

Formación

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism is helpful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
