Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking RBTs/BTs to provide direct ABA services in home, school, and community settings in Paramus, NJ. You will work with BCBAs and a clinical team to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support skill development for individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Active RBT certification through BACB is required for RBT role.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies.
• Collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members.
• Participate in supervision, meetings, training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical and professional standards.
