Tellos, Inc. in Albany, GA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to implement individualized ABA plans under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, support assessments, and deliver 1:1 therapy in clients' homes to enhance life skills and independence.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in training, and uphold confidentiality and BACB ethics. Certification preferred; driver’s license required.

Qualificações

• RBT certification or Behavior Technician preferred.
• Minimum 6 months experience with children with autism or related disabilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient and dedicated to clients' wellbeing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
• Assist with functional and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy in clients' homes.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow BACB guidelines.
