Job summary

Cole Health is seeking experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-to-one ABA services in homes and community settings around Cary, NC. The role involves implementing individualized programs, data collection, and close collaboration with the clinical team.

Candidates should have an active RBT certification, at least 18 with a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background checks. Competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 18+.
• Experience with autism; in-home ABA preferred.
• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment verifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to travel within service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one ABA services in homes and community settings.
• Implement individualized skill-acquisition and behavior-support programs.
• Develop functional communication and social skills; keep patient-first focus.
• Collect data and complete session documentation accurately and timely.
• Communicate with caregivers and supervisors about questions or changes.
• Collaborate with clinical team and participate in supervision and training.
• Follow safety procedures, ethics code, and Cole policies.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality; travel within the designated area.
